2. User Eligibility

3. Orders & Payments

• All orders are subject to confirmation and availability.

• Prices, delivery charges, taxes, and fees may vary by location and service type.

• Payments made through the platform are non-transferable.

• WayFx may cancel orders due to technical issues, unavailable items, fraud suspicion, or safety concerns.

4. Delivery Policy

• Estimated delivery times are approximate and may vary due to traffic, weather, vendor delays, or unforeseen conditions.

• Users must provide accurate delivery addresses and contact information.

• Failed deliveries caused by incorrect details may incur additional charges.

5. Vehicle Rental

• Customers renting vehicles must possess valid identification and any legally required driving documents.

• Users are responsible for damages, traffic violations, penalties, or misuse during the rental period.

6. Parcel Restrictions

Users must not send:

• Illegal, hazardous, explosive, or prohibited items

• Narcotics, weapons, or counterfeit goods

• Perishable items without proper packaging

WayFx reserves the right to inspect or refuse parcels when necessary.

7. Refunds & Cancellations

• Refund eligibility depends on the service type and cancellation timing.

• Refunds for failed or cancelled orders may take 5–10 business days to process.

• Convenience fees and partner charges may be non-refundable.

8. Vendor & Partner Responsibility

Restaurants, stores, merchants, and delivery partners are independently responsible for product quality, packaging, availability, and legal compliance.

9. Limitation of Liability

WayFx is not liable for:

• Indirect or consequential damages

• Delays caused by external factors

• Losses due to incorrect user information

• Vendor-related product quality issues

10. Account Suspension

WayFx may suspend or terminate accounts involved in fraud, abuse, fake orders, illegal activity, or misuse of the platform.

11. Privacy

User information is collected and processed according to the WayFx Privacy Policy and applicable laws.

12. Changes to Terms

WayFx may update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the platform indicates acceptance of updated terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India, and disputes shall fall under the jurisdiction of competent courts.
